The Santo Domingo Campus for the Elderly is located in Madrid in the housing development of the same name close to the A-1 motorway in a 34,000 m2 plot of high ecological value thanks to the presence of ilex woods and the banks of the Guadaliz river. The campus is close to the development’s shopping and service area. The campus comprises a main building with capacity for 150 residents and equipped to provide a range of general services, and independent modules formed by approximately 12 to 14 sheltered housing units
