The building was designed especially for Hyundai España Distribución Automóviles, S.A. It is located in the town of San Agustín de Guadalix north of Madrid. The development has an area of 4,000 m2 given over to showrooms, offices and warehouses.

Transabadell

The logistics platform developed for Transabadell, a Spanish-owned distribution firm specialising in integrated logistics and industrial parcel delivery, is located in the Madrid Este Logistics Park in the municipality of Camarma de Esteruelas close to the Radial 2 road and the A-2 motorway (Madrid-Barcelona). It has an area of 13,500 m2, of which 11,400 m2 will be given over to warehousing and the rest to offices.
