The Leisure and Shopping Center will be located in Sofía, Bulgaria´s capital city. Placed in an easily accessible zone by underground and bus (with a new station), it will have a total constructed surface of around 120.000 sqm, and a Gross Lettable Area of 80.000 sqm. Customers will find a broad commercial and leisure offering, including a modern supermarket, a state-of-the-art cinematographic complex, a professional bowling alley and stores from the most internationally recognized companies in the commercial, leisure and restoration industries.

Civis Center Timisoara

Timisoara - Romania

The Leisure and Shopping Centre will be located in the city of Timisoara, in the south west of Romania. It will have a built surface area of approximately 102,000 sqm and a GLA of 45,000 sqm. It will be opened in 2010. The new centre will have a hypermarket of 10,000 sqm and more than 100 shops with fashion, sports, home appliances, DIY and complements. Moreover, a major space will be assigned to leisure, with a cinema hall of more than 4,000 sqm. The centre will be built following the avant garde lines that characterise all the real estate projects promoted by Riofisa.

Civis Center Plovdiv

Plovdiv - Bulgaria

Riofisa will invest 215 Million Euros in its second shopping and entertainments project in Bulgaria. The centre, will be located in Plovdiv, the country’s second most important city, forms part of a great property development which also includes a hotel, offices and a residential area built on land occupying some 250,000 sqm. The shopping and entertainments complex will have gross floor space of 155,000 sqm of which 54,200 sqm make up the G.L.A., with an underground car park with space for 2,000 vehicles.
