Civis Center TimisoaraTimisoara. RomaniaThe Leisure and Shopping Centre will be located in the city of Timisoara, in the south west of Romania. It will have a built surface area of approximately 102,000 sqm and a GLA of 45,000 sqm. The new centre will have a hypermarket of 10,000 sqm and more than 100 shops with fashion, sports, home appliances, DIY and complements. Moreover, a major space will be assigned to leisure, with a cinema hall of more than 4,000 sqm. The centre will be built following the avant garde lines that characterise all the real estate projects promoted by Riofisa. The project will be developed together with Tiriac Investment Limited. Civis Center BrasovBrasov. RomaniaThe Leisure and Shopping Centre will be located in the center of the city of Brasov. It will have a Gross Lettable Area of around 36,300 sqm. This new centre will include a supermarket, as well as more than 100 fashion, sports, household goods, bricolage or accesories stores. It will also present a space dedicated to leisure, including a bowling ring, movie theatres and numerous restaurants. Civis Center SofiaSofía. BulgariaThe Leisure and Shopping Centre will be located in Sofía, Bulgaria´s capital city. Placed in an easily accessible zone by underground and bus (with a new station), it will have a total constructed surface of around 120,000 sqm, and a Gross Lettable Area of 58,500 sqm. Civis Center PlovdivPlovdiv. BulgariaRiofisa will invest 215 Million Euros in its second shopping and entertainments project in Bulgaria. The centre, will be located in Plovdiv, the country's second most important city, forms part of a great property development which also includes a hotel, offices and a residential area built on land occupying some 250,000 sqm.
